HER/O Day is the flagship annual event of the HER/O series — a full day with 150 women who are building, investing, researching, enabling, and leading across tech and beyond.

The room is designed with intention. A VC, a deeptech scientist, an artist, and a corporate executive in the same building, on the same day, talking about the same questions. Not a coincidence — a design. Because the most useful insight you'll take home is more likely to come from the woman at the next table, who tackled the same problem from a completely different angle.

This is cross-pollination at scale. One day, once a year, to think out loud, get challenged, and leave with something real.

HER/O Day is the open extension of the HER/O Breakfast — our quarterly, members-only gathering at Norrsken House. Once a year, we open the doors wider to tap into the full potential of the ecosystem.

The concept

"In a fast-changing world, the instinct is to go deeper into your own field. But the thinking that will actually move your work forward is lateral. Think Sideways."

We are in a moment of real complexity. Industries are being restructured in real time. Leadership playbooks from three years ago are already obsolete. Going deeper is the reflex — but the insight that reframes a problem often comes from outside your field entirely.

What we want every attendee to say on the way home: "I met someone I would never have met anywhere else, and I left thinking differently about my own work."

No LinkedIn version of yourself.
A rare day to think out loud, get challenged, and leave with something real.

Your home base all day. All-day coffee, seated lunch (13:00–14:30), and afternoon cocktails happen here. Always open — come back between sessions to work, follow up, or just breathe.

Norrsken Club — 4th Floor · Session Rooms

The Red Room, Speakeasy, and Mare Nostrum run concurrent sessions. Your ticket gives access to all. Seating is first come, first served.

Townhall — 4th Floor · Closing Sessions

Opens from 16:30 for the closing keynote and fireside chat.
